Job Level: JL4A/B – Process Lead Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations

Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; exposure to the petrochemical domain is a plus Key Skills & Expertise:

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients

Expertise in Quote and Order Management processes

Solid understanding of SLA metrics and performance standards

Ability to manage client escalations and implement effective mitigation strategies

Familiarity with Inventory Management, customer inquiries, and dispute resolution is advantageous

Advanced proficiency in SAP

Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Work Environment:

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)

Must be available to work in office on all working days
