About the Role

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Logistics Operations
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a solid advantage
- SAP IS MANDATORY

Responsibilities

- Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders
- Deep expertise in handling the following:
- Outbound / Inbound Deliveries
- Shipping documentation
- Inventory management/ replenishment
- Transportation Tracking
- Shipping instructions
- Audit Carrier Invoices
- Returns
- Vehicle scheduling
- Routing Optimization
- Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics




- Advanced proficiency in SAP
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Qualifications Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)

Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
