Role Description This is a full time, on-site Primavera P6 role in the Power Utility/EPC sector, based in Bengaluru South, with an experience range of 5 to 8 years and a compensation of up to 12 LPA. The role involves developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules in Primavera P6 for power utility and EPC projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and resource plans.

The professional will coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and site execution teams to track progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.



Day-to-day tasks include preparing progress reports, milestone tracking, dashboards, and variance analyses, as well as integrating cost and resource loading into schedules for better control. The role also includes supporting risk analysis, schedule optimization, compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and contributing to planning reviews and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Experience in utilities and power sector projects, particularly in EPC environments, with strong understanding of project planning and execution.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, present schedule updates, and interface with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to support and deliver training related to project scheduling tools, processes, and best practices for internal teams.
- Exposure to operational environments such as food & beverage or industrial facilities, with an understanding of site coordination and safety practices.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 with 5–8 years of hands-on project scheduling experience in utility/EPC or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with progress measurement, critical path analysis, and resource/cost loading.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
