Role Description The Presales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on supporting the sales process by understanding client requirements, preparing tailored technical and commercial proposals, and demonstrating how Infinity Global Planet’s bridge infrastructure and marine solutions meet project needs.

The Presales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries, participate in client meetings,



and provide product explanations, basic technical clarifications, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and technical teams, analyzing project specifications, preparing quotes, maintaining presales documentation, and tracking opportunities in the pipeline. The role also involves offering consultative support, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to order execution, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret project requirements, technical specifications, and pricing structures.
- Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Consulting and Presales experience in understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting sales closures.
- Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, relationship-building, and a skilled, solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with bridge infrastructure components and/or marine and water sports equipment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical sales or presales role.
