We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day operations of an EV manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, manpower management, quality, productivity, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the EV manufacturing plant.
- Plan and monitor production schedules and ensure timely production.
- Manage production manpower and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor productivity, quality, efficiency, and production targets.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, maintenance, and other departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement/stores.




- Reduce production downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety/operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 512 years of experience in automobile, EV, automotive manufacturing, or engineering manufacturing.
- Experience in plant operations/production management.
- Experience managing production teams and shop-floor operations.
- Solid knowledge of production planning and operational processes.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- EV manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
