Role Description This contract, remote role is for a Phonics & Communications Expert supporting working professionals and toddlers, as well as students from all grades in domestic and Indian regions. The expert will design and deliver phonics-based lessons and communication skills programs tailored to different age groups and learning levels.

Daily responsibilities include conducting online sessions, developing engaging teaching materials, and adapting content for early learners, school students, and adult professionals. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing structured feedback,



and collaborating with the team to refine curricula and implement cutting-edge instructional strategies. The expert will also support parents and guardians with guidance on reinforcing phonics and communication skills at home.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Communication and Internal Communications to engage diverse learners and stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to create explicit educational content and professional communication materials.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to plan, structure, and deliver programs that align with learning goals for toddlers, students, and working professionals.
- Experience in phonics instruction, language development, or English communication training for multiple age groups is beneficial.
- Background in education, linguistics, communication, or related fields is preferred, along with familiarity with online teaching tools and learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple learner cohorts, and adapt teaching styles to varied cultural and regional contexts is important.
