Role Description The Phonics & Communications Expert will design and deliver engaging phonics and communication lessons tailored to working professionals, toddlers, and learners across all age groups in domestic and Indian regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning age-appropriate curricula, creating digital and interactive learning materials, conducting live online sessions, and monitoring learner progress through assessments and feedback.

The expert will adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs and cultural contexts, collaborate with internal teams to refine content,



and maintain accurate records of sessions and learning outcomes. This is a contract role and will be performed remotely, requiring reliable connectivity and self-directed time management to handle multiple batches and schedules.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and internal communications skills to engage diverse age groups and coordinate effectively with educators and stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic communications and press releases to support program visibility, learner outreach, and institutional messaging.
- Proficient writing skills for developing structured lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and clear learner feedback.
- Demonstrated expertise in phonics instruction and spoken communication coaching for toddlers, students, and working professionals.
- Background in education, linguistics, communication, or related field; teaching certifications or training in phonics or ESL are an advantage.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital content creation, and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work with learners from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds in India and domestic regions in an inclusive, non-discriminatory manner.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the capacity to manage multiple age groups and session schedules under a contract engagement.
