- Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow a designated base of Classic customers. Group client accounts with family members to maximize relationship size and overall profitability.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Achieve monthly targets by pitching third-party and in-house products (mutual funds, insurance, credit cards, CASA accounts, and loans).
- Customer Service: Act as the primary branch contact for client queries, resolve issues within target turnaround times (TAT), and promote digital/mobile banking channels.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure error-free KYC documentation, adhere to strict regulatory compliance, manage daily sales reports, and monitor large account movements to prevent customer attrition.
