Using data-driven insights and analytics, Brand Your Trend designs and optimizes campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on role-specific hiring standards.
- Coordinate interviews with HR manager and CEO.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Clearly explain the role, earning model, and onboarding process to selected candidates.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Positions You Will Recruit:

- Cold Callers

- Closers

- Sales Team Leads

Candidate Screening Criteria:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence and professionalism during interviews.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to sincerely and punctual in hiring irrespective of not having fixed monthly income but motivated about part-time role which earns you a commission based on performance of your hires.

Desired Qualifications:

- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Experience hiring sales professionals is a plus.

Compensation

- This is purely commission-based income and NOT a monthly salaried role
- For every hire's successful closed deal, you get on spot Rs ₹1,500 per hire's when their client pays us real-time.
