About the Role Zime is building the execution intelligence layer for modern GTM teams. We're looking for an execution-obsessed Outreach Specialist to own and scale our outbound engine across three motions — target accounts, referrals, and events — and turn each into a repeatable, increasingly automated pipeline source. This isn't a "send 50 emails a day" seat.

You'll research and prioritize the right prospects, run multi-channel outreach, and build the automation that lets a lean team punch above its weight. As an AI-native company, we expect you to use AI aggressively to do the work of a much larger team.

What You'll Do Research & target: Identify and qualify ICP-aligned accounts and decision-makers across target lists, referrals, and event audiences.

Run outreach: Execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate qualified meetings and pipeline.

Automate: Build and refine sequences, workflows, and AI-assisted automation to scale outreach without losing personalization.

Own the three motions: Outbound from named accounts, structured referral plays, and event interest converted into booked meetings.

Experiment: Test messaging, channels, and timing; double down on what converts.

Keep data clean: Maintain accurate prospect and activity data across CRM and outreach tools. Partner cross-functionally:



Work with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to sharpen targeting and messaging, and surface market and competitive signal from prospect conversations.

Build the playbook: Help create scalable outbound processes from the ground up.

What We're Looking For 3–4 years in outbound prospecting, SDR/BDR, or lead generation at a SaaS company. A track record of generating pipeline through outbound, with examples you can point to. Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience engaging US-based prospects.

Hands-on with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo. Comfort using AI and building automation to multiply your output (strong plus). Strong research, organization, and stakeholder-management skills; high ownership in ambiguity.
