Primary English Teacher (Grades 3–5)

Position: Primary English Teacher

Location: Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Curriculum: Cambridge Curriculum

Grades: 3–5

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students in Grades 3–5, aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive and learner-centered teaching strategies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources in accordance with curriculum requirements.

- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.

- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

- Encourage a love for reading through storytelling, literature, and language enrichment activities.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents,



and school leadership to support students' academic and personal development.

- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.

- Prior experience teaching English to primary grades (Grades 3–5), preferably in a Cambridge or other international curriculum school.

- Strong command of spoken and written English.

- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
