Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Booking Executive to manage online reservations, optimize room inventory across OTA platforms, and maximize hotel revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling online booking portals, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage room bookings received through OTA platforms, the hotel website, email, and phone.
- Handle reservations on platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb.
- Update room availability, rates, and inventory across all online booking channels.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, offers, and booking modifications.
- Monitor cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and reservation changes.
- Ensure accurate guest details, payment records, and reservation documentation.




- Work closely with the revenue and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare daily reservation reports, occupancy updates, and booking MIS.
- Resolve guest concerns related to online bookings in a skilled and timely manner.
