Role & Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor slitting machines for BOPP, BOPET, CPP films and coated materials.
- Ensure efficient and accurate slitting of jumbo rolls as per job specifications.
- Maintain optimum productivity while minimizing waste and machine downtime.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and report machine faults for timely resolution.
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in BOPP, BOPET, CPP, coating, or packaging industry preferred.
- Knowledge of slitting machine operations and troubleshooting is essential.
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with relevant technical background and training may also apply.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shifts.
