Manage multiple marketing and communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against agreed timelines.

- Understand client requirements clearly and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
- Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, vendors, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and internal group teams for ongoing communication and deliverables, whenever required.
- Track project timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and execution status.
- Visit client locations, vendor sites, event venues, and other operational locations whenever required to support project coordination, meetings, reviews, and execution activities. The candidate should be comfortable with local travel and have personal conveyance for on-ground coordination when needed.




- Handle vendor management including coordination, quotations, timelines, and execution.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients, agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.
- Support content marketing initiatives with a basic understanding of branding, communication, and digital content.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Maintain reports, project trackers, and communication records.
- Be adaptable to travel whenever required for client meetings, events, operational activities, and on-ground support.
- Have an understanding of social media calendars and brand management, while coordinating with the team whenever required.
