Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiencies across various categories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop RFQs/RFPs/RFXs for procurement of goods and services.
- Manage contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze spend data to optimize category management, reduce costs, and improve supply chain performance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in indirect sourcing or strategic sourcing in the IT/Marketing/ Qualified Services.
- Strong understanding of e-sourcing tools such as Ariba or Coupa; knowledge of S2P (Source-to-Pay) processes is an asset.
- Proven track record in developing effective RFQs/RFPs/RFXs that drive successful outcomes.
