Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client meetings.
- Identify potential corporate clients and understand their gifting and branding requirements.
- Present customized gifting solutions and prepare quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.




- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel and prepare daily sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new gifting products.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events to generate leads.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, branding, printing, or advertising sales.
- Existing network of HR, Admin, Procurement, or Corporate Clients is an advantage.
