Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our Mutual Fund Sales and Service team at our Head Office – Jet Prime. The ideal candidates should have a valuable understanding of Mutual Funds, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for client engagement, sales, and business development.

This role combines business development, customer servicing, and cross-selling responsibilities within the Mutual Fund domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential and existing clients through call and other communication channels.
- Explain and promote Mutual Fund products such as SIPs, ELSS, and other investment schemes.




- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Mutual Fund services and client queries.
- Provide accurate investment guidance and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Achieve business development and sales targets consistently.
- Maintain and update client interactions and call records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about AMFI/SEBI regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
- Support clients in completing mutual fund applications and transactions smoothly.
- Cross-sell investment products like SIPs, ELSS, and related servicesRequired Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualification: BBI / BFM Graduate (Freshers can also apply)

Pay: ₹619,228.48 - ₹1,840,362.40 per year
