The application is designed to meet the needs of both businesses and creators. For businesses, we offer a wide range of features to help them identify and collaborate with the right content creator. For creators, we provide a streamlined way to find current brands to partner with and monetize their content.

We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer with 2-5+ years of professional experience to create engaging and high-quality motion content. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, websites, ads, and presentations.
- Develop storyboards, concepts, and animation styles based on briefs
- Edit videos, add effects, transitions,



typography, and sound
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to deliver impactful visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all motion and video content
- Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
- Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in social media ads, reels, and explainer videos
- Basic 3D motion knowledge is a plus
- Sound design knowledge is an added advantage
