Job Description: Delivery Lead Azure Integration Services

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Lead – Azure Integration Services to oversee the implementation, migration, and upgradation of enterprise-level Azure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2), Logic Apps, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory. This role requires a strong technical background along with leadership skills to manage large-scale enterprise customers and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Management:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Azure-based integration, data, and analytics projects, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.

- Drive implementation, migration, and upgradation projects for enterprise customers using Azure services.

- Establish and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with enterprise-level customers, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology implementation.

- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams, including business users, architects, and engineers.

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery:

- Provide guidance on Azure Integration Services architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Oversee Azure Data & Integration platforms covering API-led integrations, event-driven architectures, and hybrid cloud solutions.

- Ensure effective use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Synapse Analytics for ETL, data transformation, and analytics workloads.

- Drive automation, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices for efficient deployments and monitoring.

Team & Vendor Management:

- Lead a team of Azure engineers, developers,



and architects, providing technical mentorship and performance oversight.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors, Microsoft support teams, and integration partners for smooth execution.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by providing inputs on proposals, estimations, and solution architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

- Azure Integration Services: Azure Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus.

- Application Services: Azure App Services, Microservices, API Gateway, Serverless computing.

- Data & Analytics: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2).

- Security & Governance: Role-based access control (RBAC), Azure Key Vault, compliance policies.

- DevOps & Automation: Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM templates, CI/CD pipelines for Azure deployments.

Experience:

- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Azure-based integration, data, and cloud solutions.

- Proven experience in enterprise-level customer management, large-scale migrations, and implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises integration architectures.

- Experience working in **Agile, Scrum, and DevOps-driven delivery models**.

Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, working with C-level executives and technical teams.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset.

- Robust communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Integration Services, or Azure Data Engineer.

- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or third-party application integrations.

- Knowledge of AI/ML in Azure Data & Analytics ecosystems.

Location & Travel:

- Hybrid/On-site depending on customer location.

- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
