We are hiring a Travel Process Executive for a leading MNC in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry with hands-on knowledge of GDS systems and travel tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end travel bookings (air, hotel, car rentals)
- Manage changes, cancellations, re-issues, and refunds
- Provide customer support via voice/email/chat
- Ensure accuracy in fare rules, ticketing, and itineraries
- Maintain high service quality and TAT as per process guidelines

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months experience in travel process
- Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- Familiarity with online booking tools and travel portals
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
