Experience & Skills

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Social Media Handler in a reputed organization/company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, analytics, and digital trends.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for reputed brands or organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict timelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.
- Expertise in social media creative design, campaign creation, branding, typography, layout design, image editing, and content composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and publish bilingual (English & Hindi) content across official social media platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns for admissions, recruitment drives, educational initiatives, and institutional programs.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance,



and present analytical reports to leadership.
- Manage crisis communication, misinformation, fake admission notices, examination-related rumours, and public relations issues.
- Lead digital storytelling initiatives and alumni engagement campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, child safety, privacy, cybersecurity, and digital communication guidelines.

- Creative mindset with expertise in digital branding and content strategy.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and campaign management capabilities.

Educational Qualification

- Postgraduate Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing from a recognized University/Institute.
