Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose cutting-edge solutions to streamline operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights, identify trends, and support management in making data-driven decisions.
- Bridge Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT/development teams, ensuring all technical solutions align with organizational goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, process flowcharts, user stories, and management reports.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA teams to ensure the final product meets the defined business requirements.
- Project Tracking: Assist in tracking project milestones, managing expectations, and adapting to changing project scopes.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: MBA IT/ BTech/ MCA
- Experience:



2-3 years of proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and think critically.
- Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools. Proficiency in data visualization and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is highly desired.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
- InsurTech Domain: will add-on values having insurance domain knowledge.
