- Generate new business leads and support B2B & B2C sales of flooring products and false ceiling solutions.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, field visits, and regular project site visits to develop business opportunities.
- Identify recent markets, customers, and dealer network expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and share market insights with management.
- Support business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.

- MBA (Marketing) – Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical ability and willingness to learn.
- Ready to travel for domestic client meetings and site visits (8–10 days per month).
