Roles and Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

1. Conduct high-volume cold email outreach and LinkedIn message networking targeting US practice managers and independent physicians.

2. Scrape and build accurate databases of potential US healthcare providers using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or online directories.

3. Execute localized digital marketing campaigns to capture low-hanging demand among mid-sized clinics.

4. Qualify incoming leads based on practice size, current software limitations, and billing volumes.

Content & Workflow Support

1. Deploy pre-built email nurturing sequences and customize templates to grab provider attention.

2. Promote marketing materials such as RCM billing checklists, EHR feature updates, and webinar invitations.

3. Coordinate with the US-based sales or inside sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs.

Campaign Tracking

1. Maintain clean data logs daily within the CRM or tracking sheets to ensure zero lead leakage.

2. Monitor core delivery metrics including email open rates, click-through rates, and response rates.

3. Report on the total number of qualified leads generated on a weekly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile





Education & Experience

1. Degree: Any Graduate / PG (Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred).

2. Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.

3. Domain: At least 1 year of experience dealing with the US market or working within US healthcare processes.

Skills & Competencies

1. Shift: Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US business hours (Eastern/Central/Pacific Time).

Working hours: 5:30 p.m. IST to 1:30 a.m./2:30 a.m. IST based on Daylight Savings Time (DST)

2. Tools: Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

3. Knowledge: Foundational understanding of medical billing terminology (denials, claims, AR) and EHR/EMR usage.

4. Communication: Strong, clear written English communication skills for professional skilled-level cold outreach.

5. Direct/Voice-Focused: Proven experience in an international voice process with a neutral or clear American accent suited for inbound/outbound phone operations with US customers."
