- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, ETC(mandatory experience required).
- Manage product listings, catalogue updates, and ensure all content aligns with each platform’s guidelines.
- Create and optimize A+ Content to enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Plan, implement, and monitor large-scale campaigns and promotions across all marketplaces to drive visibility and sales.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads) to maximize ROI and improve performance metrics.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and offers to maximize conversions and profitability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze Excel-based reports covering sales, inventory, returns, and overall marketplace performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to improve platform performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams for issue resolution, planning,



and performance optimization.
- Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely execution of tasks.

Requirments

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, ETC (mandatory).
- Mandatory industry experience: Wellness, Fitness, Personal Care, Healthcare, or similar consumer product segments.
- Proven experience in large-scale campaign management across major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Experience in creating and optimizing A+ Content and running paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
