Role Description The Marketing Head – Boiler & Power Plant is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution for the boiler and power plant business, including market planning, brand positioning, and campaign management across key industrial segments. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, defining target markets, developing go-to-market plans, and collaborating with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support bid proposals.

The Marketing





Head will oversee marketing communications, public relations initiatives, and participation in industry events to strengthen visibility and reputation. The role also involves working closely with senior leadership to forecast demand, align marketing budgets with business goals, and track performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and execute Market Planning and Marketing Management strategies for boiler and power plant solutions.

Strong Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competition, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Experience collaborating with Sales teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Public Relations skills to manage corporate communication, industry networking, and participation in trade shows and conferences.

Proven experience in industrial or engineering marketing, preferably in boilers, power plants, or heavy engineering sectors.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.

Comfortable working on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and traveling to customer locations or project sites as required.
