As part of our International Programs & Partnerships team, you'll help expand T-Hub's global footprint by building strategic partnerships across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Europe Business Development

- Drive business development and revenue growth across Europe (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and emerging markets).
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle,from prospect identification and partnership development to proposal management, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline while consistently achieving revenue and growth targets.

Strategic Partnerships

- Develop and strengthen partnerships with corporates, government agencies, universities, accelerators, incubators, and innovation ecosystem stakeholders across Europe.




- Drive opportunities across International Market Access (IMAP), Corporate Innovation, University Partnerships, Memberships, and Innovation Programs.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Build relationships with senior leaders and ecosystem partners while leading the Europe business team to deliver business objectives.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and client success.

Preferred Profile

- 10–14 years of experience in International Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, or Corporate Innovation.
- Proven experience in managing international partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
- MBA preferred.
