Job Description:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Profile Description:
Eligibility
- CA - 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
- CMA - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- MBA - 5 to 13 years of experience
- Experience working with core FMCG organisations.
- Exposure to managing financial reporting for manufacturing clients is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Proven experience in client interactions and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
