The Opportunity
As a Product Engineer, you'll participate in every stage of the product lifecycle from understanding customer problems and designing scalable architectures to building, deploying, and continuously improving production systems.
You'll collaborate directly with founders, product managers, designers, customers, and fellow engineers to deliver software that creates measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities
You will:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software platforms.
- Build cloud-native backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using Angular, React,



Ionic, Swift, and iOS technologies.
- Design secure, scalable APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Build AI-enabled features using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI services where appropriate.
- Develop scalable applications on AWS using serverless and cloud-native architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested software following modern engineering practices.
- Design automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
- Continuously improve engineering processes through automation and AI-assisted development.
- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and deliver meaningful solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot development skills.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
- Experience building RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Experience using Git.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following:
