Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA to implement, configure, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SAP PP and SAP QM modules in SAP S/4HANA.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Design and implement production planning, manufacturing, and quality management processes.
- Configure master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, and Quality Info Records.
- Work on production orders, process orders, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
- Configure quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, and quality certificates.




- Integrate PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and other SAP modules.
- Support data migration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and user training.
- Resolve production support issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare functional documentation and support go-live and hypercare activities.
