Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director Record to Report (R2R) to lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and financial close operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, driving process excellence, managing audits, and leading finance teams in a global shared services/GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end R2R operations including General Ledger, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Accruals, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Drive governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with FP&A;, Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, and business stakeholders to support financial operations.
- Lead finance transformation, process improvement,



automation, and ERP enhancement initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing finance teams.

Requirements

- CA / CPA / ACCA qualified.
- 8–12 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and R2R Operations.
- 3–5+ years of team management experience.
- Prior experience in MNCs, Shared Services Centers (SSC), GCCs, or PE-backed organizations.
- Robust understanding of Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Reconciliations, Compliance, and Audit Management.
