Skills:

1. Design and build a recent .NET 10 API integration between Dayforce and JD Edwards
2. Handle HR master data synchronization and change processing
3. Develop secure API authentication and connectivity based on vendor provided login details
4. Build scheduling and processing logic for recurring daytime execution every 15 minutes
5. Create logging, monitoring, error handling, retry handling, and production support processes
6. Work directly with internal business and technical teams, along with external partner teams, to gather requirements and complete delivery
7. Support testing, deployment, go live, and early production stabilization

Required experience

1. Strong hands on experience with C# and modern .NET, preferably .NET 8 or newer
2. Proven experience building REST APIs and enterprise integrations
3. Experience owning development work as a solo individual contributor
4. Experience with recurring or scheduled integration jobs
5. Strong troubleshooting skills and production support mindset
6. Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders and external technical teams
7. Experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases
