Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our international Voice & Non voice process.

Key Responsibilities For Voice Process:

Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls

Contact existing and prospective customers

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Resolve customer queries related to products and services

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Maintain accurate customer records

Key Responsibilities For Chat Process:

Handle Customer through written communication

Duel Chat Handling

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Resolve customer queries related to products and services

Ensure high customer satisfaction and Maintain accurate customer records





Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 10+2 (Mandatory),

Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year to 3 yrs experience required

Excellent communication skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Advantages:

Salary package up to 3 to 4 LPA
