Role & responsibilities

- The role will drive financial planning, business performance analysis, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts & variance analysis.
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights on revenue, cost & profitability.
- Develop & maintain MIS dashboards and KPI reports.
- Support management with financial models, ROI analysis & business proposals.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Only qualified CA need to apply

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified CA with minimum 4-7 years experience in Business finance & MIS
- Should have valuable experience in Budgeting, Budgetary Control, Variance analysis, profitability analysis




- Experience in manufacturing / Health sector will be preferred
- Should have strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Should have relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A; or MIS
- Should have good experience in Advanced Excel, BI Tools Power BI, Tableau. SAP, Oracle
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have good experience in Stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Tamil added advantage,
