Job Summary

Buddha Cancer Centre Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Nursing Staff ICU Care Specialists to provide high-quality critical care services. The ideal candidate should possess robust clinical skills, experience in intensive care, and a patient-centric approach while working collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
- Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical care equipment.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Assist consultants during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.




- Guide and support junior nursing staff when required.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing teams, and other departments.

Eligibility

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 2–5 years of ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with ICU exposure may also apply.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS will be an added advantage.
