We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our Medical Devices manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for driving production excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline. MBA Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Dispatch, and Utilities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, QMS, CDSCO, CE, FDA, and other applicable medical device regulations.
- Drive production planning, capacity utilization, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, yield, rejection, and on-time delivery.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
- Manage CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ensure implementation of EHS and statutory compliance requirements.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Support current product introduction, validation activities, and plant expansion projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a Plant Head/Operations Head role.
- Experience in medical devices, pharma, disposables, diagnostics, or regulated manufacturing industries.
- Strong exposure to clean room operations, regulatory audits, quality systems, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
