Job Title: Lead - Supplier Quality Assurance. Job overview/Purpose of the Position:

SQA responsible for manage NCR related to components defects due to supplier mistake.

SQAs are located close to operational production units and are Supplier

Quality’s representatives in production.

Their tasks are to cross-functionally solve problems and quickly act upon supplier related deviations disturbing KK production.

Purpose of the position is made all necessary communication with supplier, approve or reject supplier corrective actions, ensure that deviating parts are eliminated from KK production with minimum impact on cost, delivery and quality to KK product. Area of responsiblities:

Manage all NCR which supplier is responsible for the defect include all necessary activities to successfully close the case, with minimum impact on KK production.

Analysis of research results and reporting, verification of non-compliance of production materials, supervision over quality documentation (PFMEA, CP, checklists).

Creation, Assigning, evaluating, solving, disposition, aligning with stakes for End-to-End NCR Process.

Governance of COPQ & reduction of it.

Drive Suppliers by connecting with buyers & finance teams for cost recovery items.

Analyze & Provide 8D Analysis report from supplier, as per requirement.

Continuous efficiency improvement and trouble shooting in close cooperation with production team.

Responsible for providing technical support for on-going production activities.





Coordinate meetings with other representatives from different departments to seek a better solution to the process problems including lead and drive quality initiatives to improve quality and reduce the COPQ.

Execution of NC with the defined timelines.

Competencies (e.g. technical skills):

Capability to read technical documentation ( drawings, specifications).

Engineering background in mechanical (welding, steel construction, machining, casting) or electrical components production.

Knowledge about basic operating "problem solving tools"(8D, 5why, Ishikawa Diagram, PDCA,A3, etc.).

Capable to lead communication with supplier management and KK stakeholders, to ensure resolve problem according to needs.

Sound knowledge of MS Office tools, as well as ERP (D365). Additional information:

Proactive, the ability to deal with time pressure, flexibility, the ability to work in a team, seek support (if any), look out for process improvements & constructive feedback and independent to work without waiting for directions.

The candidate should show passion for working with the quality team and interaction with other functions of an organisation in skilled manner.

Educational Qualification

Required

Engineering Qualification and respective education in Manufacturing Quality/Electrical/Mechanical.

Relevant Experience

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience working in Quality as SQA,



SQD or Quality Engineer.
