Festivals from India is hiring looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead – Incubator and Seed Fund to lead and manage key initiatives in startup incubation and acceleration within the Art & Culture domain at The Brij in New Delhi. This role is pivotal in nurturing early-stage creative ventures, driving impactful programs, and building a thriving ecosystem that supports innovation in the cultural and artistic sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, a passion for the arts, and the ability to design and execute programs that empower creative entrepreneurs.

1. The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

3. This is an in office, full-time position based in Delhi.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

- Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the startup ecosystem,



preferably in program management, incubation, or acceleration roles.

- Exposure to or interest in the art, culture, and creative industries is highly desirable

Essential Experience:

- Strong understanding of startup incubation and acceleration processes.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM platforms.

Key Personal Attributes & Skills:

- Passionate about supporting startups and fostering entrepreneurial growth in the creative sector.

- Experience working with incubators, accelerators, or similar programs.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and impact-driven environment.

- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to program design and execution.

- Early Joiners are preferred.
