Job Location : Genome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad ? Position Overview The Lead – Capex Projects will lead large-scale Pharma and Bio-Pharma capital projects at Hyderabad sites. Reporting directly to the Sr VP – Capex Projects, this role demands deep expertise in project execution, regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment across multidisciplinary teams. ? Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead greenfield and brownfield projects in Pharma/Bio-Pharma.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to cGMP standards (EU GMP, WHO, US FDA, Schedule M).

EHS Compliance: Implement safety practices and environmental health standards.

Budget Preparation: Develop and monitor project budgets.

Team Leadership: Manage engineering teams and contractors across functions.

Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with manufacturing, QA, consultants, and authorities.

Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.





Statutory Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met.

? Qualifications & Experience

Education: BE in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation.

Experience: 25 years in Pharma and Bio-Pharma project management, including large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects.
