This role is responsible for driving store-level off-take, maintaining operational servicing efficiencies, and building strong commercial relationships with store personnel and regional category offices.

Key Responsibilities & Core Deliverables 1.

Account

Strategy & Business Growth ∙Annual Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts, establishing annual targets, trade offers, and promotional budgets. ∙Listing & Account Alignment: Execute account strategies and listing/linking processes to meet revenue targets and optimize portfolio profitability. ∙Trade Marketing Coordination:



Collaborate with trade marketing teams to align promotional strategies and oversee store-level execution. 2.

Store

Operations & Supply Chain Execution ∙Order & Target Tracking: Monitor daily order flow, fill rates, and supply logistics to maintain target alignment. ∙Inventory Control: Track store stock systematically to prevent stock-outs during peak cycles while avoiding overstocking. ∙Operational Problem Solving: Partner with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams to rapidly resolve delivery and fulfillment issues. 3.

Financial

Management & Claims Settlement ∙Budget Tracking: Track and manage scheme budget utilization against allocated financial resources. ∙Claim Settlement: Validate, process, and reconcile trade claims promptly. ∙Outstanding (O/S) Clearance: Monitor distributor balances and engage directly with trade accounts to clear outstanding payments.
