Scope of the job

Job purpose:

Supervises the team of People Services Specialists and Administrators in order to ensure smooth and high quality services within the scope of People Services tasks and areas.

Key responsibilities:

1. Together with the team responsible for delivery of the operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stakeholders within the area of expertise (administration, payroll, T&A;, perks administration, MyHR, AskHR and other tools and functionalities).
2. Responsible for People Services processes execution and status monitoring as per the HR policies and agreed approach
3. Ensures the employees and managers’ operational queries and questions regarding HR processes and practices as per agreed SLAs. Acts as escalation point whenever necessary.
4. Is member or leads HR initiatives and projects by acting as expert in his/her domain
5. Supervises and coaches the People Services team and support their functional development





And any other task assigned by Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities Qualifications/ Experience / skills required per job levels:

Must have (all levels)

- University degree - HR Management faculty preferable
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the given HR area
- Learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
- Engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
- Good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills
- Up to 1y relevant leadership experience and 5 years’ experience in People Function, sound understanding of People Services domain, have theoretical knowledge of labour code and related laws.
