Overview

The role of Jr. Engineer / Residential Site Engineer is critical in overseeing and managing the construction activities at residential sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervising and monitoring construction activities on residential sites
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation
- Managing project schedules and deadlines
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Overseeing subcontractors and construction workers
- Managing project budget and expenditures
- Implementing safety measures and protocols
- Resolving onsite construction issues
- Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicating project updates to stakeholders
- Utilizing AutoCAD and other design software for project planning




- Participating in project meetings and discussions

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in residential construction or site engineering
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction software

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
