Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area for AIMA Construction Company.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with project managers and site teams, and ensure that construction activities align with time, cost, and resource plans. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating work programs, monitoring progress against milestones, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.



The role involves preparing progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation, supporting project control functions, and contributing to production planning and resource optimization.

The Planning

Engineer will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely risk identification, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities for tracking progress, managing risks, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in construction or infrastructure projects, including familiarity with planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in office in a dynamic project environment.
