Role & responsibilities:
- Define and execute global sales and market expansion strategy for the defence segment
- Build and manage relationships with international defence OEMs, partners, and key accounts
- Identify and develop current markets and strategic alliances across regions (Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.)
- Lead large deal negotiations, contracts, and long-term partnerships
- Drive participation in global tenders and defence procurement programs
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and contractual frameworks
- Represent RMIL at international defence exhibitions, forums, and client engagements
- Build and scale a global sales team and partner ecosystem
