XL Enterprises Limited is an established manufacturer and global exporter of premium leather products. We are expanding our international sales presence in North America and looking for target-driven professionals to join our US outbound expansion team.
Structured Onboarding & Shift Pathway
- Months 1 & 2 (Paid Trainee Period – Day / Afternoon Shift): Intensive training covering US B2B market engagement, email copywriting, phone etiquette and product specifications. Training will be conducted during standard Day/Afternoon working hours.
- Month 3 Onward (Full-Time BDE – Night Shift): Upon successful completion of training and passing a practical assessment/test round, you will be onboarded as a full-time Business Development Executive working fixed US night shifts.
- Future Growth: Top performers have a clear trajectory toward Senior Account Executive and International Client Management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting:
Conduct outbound cold outreach via phone calls and personalized email campaigns to B2B buyers across the US.
- Opportunity Qualification: Engage decision-makers, present our custom manufacturing capabilities and evaluate potential business fit.
- Pipeline Escalation: Qualify interested prospects and schedule discovery meetings/handoffs for Senior Sales Leaders to close.
- CRM Management: Track lead status, communication history and follow-ups accurately in our sales CRM.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable attending Day/Afternoon shift training for the first 2 months, with complete readiness to transition to fixed night shifts from Month 3 onward.
- Aptitude: Solid ability to absorb product details quickly and articulate business value to international clients.
- Bonus: Prior knowledge of or background in the leather, fashion, or manufacturing sectors is a plus (Not mandatory, full product training provided).
