Intern – Founder's Office (Partnerships, Collaborations & Community)

About UniLiv

UniLiv is a rapidly growing student housing and co-living platform redefining the living experience for students and young professionals through technology, hospitality, and vibrant communities.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Founder's Office Intern to support strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and community initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Founder's Office and gain hands-on exposure to business development, stakeholder management, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential brands, organizations, and partners for strategic collaborations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
- Reach out to brands via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to initiate partnership discussions.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with prospective and existing partners.
- Support the execution of brand collaborations and partnership campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement initiatives across UniLiv properties.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and collaborations.
- Maintain partnership trackers, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new collaboration opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized with good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is preferred.
