Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern

Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi (Work from Office)

Duration: 3–6 Months

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. If you're someone who spends time on Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms, enjoys discovering creators, and has robust communication skills, this role is for you.

You'll assist in identifying influencers, coordinating campaigns, managing communications, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer collaborations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain influencer databases.
- Reach out to creators via email, DMs, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
- Assist in negotiating collaborations within defined budgets.
- Track campaign progress and ensure timely content delivery.
- Maintain campaign trackers and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor influencer content and prepare basic performance reports.




- Stay updated with influencer trends and emerging creators.

REQUIREMENTS

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Docs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Previous internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and social media analytics.
- Basic understanding of campaign reporting and performance metrics.
