We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Health & Advantages Broking team. The role involves supporting consultants in delivering client reports, renewal and RFP activities, analyzing health insurance data, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consultants in US Health & Benefits projects.
- Execute projects within defined SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze healthcare and insurance data received from clients and vendors.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Update policy and benefits information in internal systems.
- Generate reports based on premiums, claims, loss ratios, and plan comparisons.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and insurance vendors for timely project completion.
- Manage shared mailboxes and resolve stakeholder queries.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Pivots, Dashboards, Logical & Financial Functions).
- Knowledge of VBA Macros is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Health & Benefits/Insurance domain.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
