Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Lead Conversion:
- Field inbound leads (phone calls, web inquiries, walk-ins) and conduct initial consultations with prospective clients.
- Evaluate candidate eligibility, work experience, education, and language qualifications against country-specific visa requirements (e.g., PR, Express Entry, Work Permits, Student Visas).
- Pitch tailored immigration and service packages, handling objections and closing sales.
- Target & Pipeline Management:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline within our CRM platform.
- Follow up diligently on prospective leads and referrals via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Client Onboarding & Coordination:
- Collect initial required documentation and agreement fees for registration.
- Seamlessly hand over onboarded clients to the document processing/legal team for application preparation.
- Maintain transparent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market & Regulatory Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with changing immigration laws,



points systems, eligibility criteria, and visa policies for major destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, USA).

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in Sales, Tele-sales, or Counseling (experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, or Legal Services is strongly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with robust active listening and persuasion abilities.
- Sales Orientation: Driven by targets with strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- CRM & Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
- Interpersonal Skills: High empathy, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive client situations with cultural awareness.
