HR Executive
- ob Description Creation: Collaborating with hiring managers to draft clear and compelling job descriptions that outline required skills, qualifications, and experience LinkedIn.
- Sourcing Candidates: Using job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events to find potential candidates LinkedIn.
- Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit Kaplan+1.
- Coordination: Scheduling interviews with hiring teams and managing communication between candidates and managers taggd.in.
- Onboarding and Training: Assisting with the onboarding process and sometimes training new employees to ensure they can perform their roles effectively
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
